ANNUAL PHYSICALS

Our practice proivdes annual physicals for patients 4 years and older, including complete annual physicals, well women visits, well child visits and sports physicals. Lab on-site for any needed tests.

DOT PHYSICALS

We have a provider who is certified to perform DOT physicals for truck drivers and equipment operators who require a medical card. Keri Stiles, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners of the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMSCA).

SICK VISITS

We are happy to offer same-day appointments if you are experiencing cough, cold, and flu-like symptoms, gastrointestinal issues, sore throat or other ailments.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT PHYSICALS

Need a physical before you begin your job? You can get a pre-employment physical at our clinic, complete with any necessary labs or testing.

MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC CONDITIONS

Our staff of experienced providers are ready to help patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart failure, thyroid conditions, anxiety, depression & more.

WORK COMP INJURY TREATMENT

We understand that accidents happen on the job and that it is important to both the employee and the employer to achieve a good outcome and a speedy recovery.

VACCINATIONS

Flu vaccines and tetanus shots are available.

MEDICAL NUTRITION THERAPY AND WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

We are happy to offer on-site Medical Nutrition Therapy, Nutrition Consultations and Wellness services provided by a Registered/Licensed Dietitian and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner.
